We are distributors of Huawei Wireless, so we're not deploying it. We have partners who do the deployment with the help of Huawei's remote service desk.

I was not involved in hardware installation and have no knowledge of it. This is not handled by me, but by the technicians who visit the site. When it comes to installing software, this we can do on our own by following the instructions. 

The technical team required for the deployment depends on the service provider. 

We implement the solution for our clients.

We have the SLA with Huawei, and Huawei engages its technical team. They are deployed as resident engineers in our university and solve problems because we pay them in the contract.

We have a team of 10 working on Huawei Wireless.

I handled the initial setup myself, in-house. I didn't need outside assistance. 

We used a technical team of three engineers to do the implementation of the solution.

My ISP come to my house and installed the solution.

One or two administrators are required for maintenance.

It was a big campus (seven acres), so a lot of manpower was required. It took almost one week to deploy. We had a team who did things like cable deploying. Two or three engineers were involved for the wireless configuration and product installation.

I handled the implementation myself. I did not need a consultant or integrator.
