Currently, we have very good partners. We rely on them. They contact Sage and get the solutions for our problems. We have never dealt directly with Sage’s support team.
View full review »I would give technical support a rating of 5/10. I did not have direct contact with them, as my manager handled this.
However, there were time lags and miscommunication. Overall, we were able to resolve issues, but sometimes it took longer than anticipated.
