Despite being in existence for over 20 years, the SAP Business Warehouse solution has persevered as one of SAP AG's finest products. It has continuously progressed in line with SAP's enterprise data warehouse strategy roadmap. As part of this strategy, SAP advocates for an enterprise-wide consolidated data warehouse solution to serve as the authoritative source for all reporting needs, including financial, sales, workforce, departmental, and procurement reporting.

The setup process may be prolonged and intricate due to the organization's size and level of maturity. However, once the system is operational, the process runs seamlessly.

It is a stable solution.

The data warehouse part of the solution is always stable. While using SAP HANA In-Memory Database, I have seen that the product offers scalability and allows for the required customizations or changes. SAP offers stable products compared to the other ERP tools in the market.

We can draw down to the document level for a document. The problem is that when that document records are bigger than the platform, it causes the platform to slow down.

As this is an on-premises solution, scalability can be a challenge. SAP claim that it is scalable, but I don't think so because it will add to your cost. I think that it should be more cloud-oriented. Basically, it can be scaled but it has its limitations.

We have perhaps 200 to 300 users in our company and it is being used on a daily basis.
