The solution is now easy to set up. It's a complex process. It took us about one year to develop it out. 

We have three or four people able to handle deployment or maintenance. 

I rate the tool's deployment a four out of ten. It takes one month to complete. My team has four members to complete the deployment and two resources to handle the maintenance. 

We have a complex solution, so the initial setup was not easy on Microsoft SQL in the past. The setup with SQL was easier.

The initial setup is straightforward. It's very easy to download and run. It's like "next, next, next" and you put the server name and then create a password, and that's it. Then it's done.

Sysadmins did the setup, I only took care of the database side of it. But as per my research, it's complex to set up a clustered environment rather than a standalone setup.
