We are familiar with Forcepoint. The choice is project-specific. We've also used Sophos DLP, DansGuardian, and other products. It boils down to budget considerations and the specific features the customer needs.

If the customer has a requirement to go with Gartner's recommended product or they want to have a feature compatibility with, like, they want to go with other options, but having the same feature or the availability. It depends upon the requirement.

I have five years of experience with Cisco AMP for Endpoints, Kaspersky, and Seqrite. I have worked with many products in the area of endpoint security.

We do not work with any other competitors. 

Quite a while ago, we worked with Symantec DLP.

The biggest advantage of Trend Micro is the deployment. You get ROI fairly quickly. Symantec has matured over time and covers more DLP channels. For example, they have OCR built right in. It's much more feature-rich than Trend Micro.

The only downside is that you need 12 months or more of deployment time in order to really get any benefit out of it. That can be frustrating for some customers who may want to see some sort of instant or fast benefit. 

We didn't previously use a different product. Trend Micro Integrated Data Loss Prevention was our first DLP product.

We previously used Symantec Endpoint Protection, but Trend Micro offers more features.

We used Microsoft BitLocker, so we didn't need to uninstall it or run separately. We can use the two together on the network.
