vRealize Log Insight is very much stable, and my company didn't have any kind of issue with it. It's also not a customer-facing application, but more of a backend application for the admins to manage, so even though it fails for whatever reason, it's not going to affect my business. It's not a critical application as it's not customer-facing. vRealize Log Insight is more of an application that is used by the admin and help desk, but it never had major issues. Now and then, you'll need to update it and patch it periodically. In one of the day-to-day activities of my company, there were two challenges, but those challenges were addressed within a couple of hours without much involvement from VMware.

I would rate the stability a ten out of ten.

LogInsight is stable, but sometimes it's somewhat sluggish because it has to gather the information. It should be no problem if you deploy it on the right platform and have all the requirements in place.
