Benefits Manager with extensive experience with plan and vendor implementations, open enrollment, HRIS System processing and implementation, 401(k) administration, plan audits, and 5500 filings, and COBRA and FMLA administration. I began working as a medical claims processor and worked my way through third party vendor administration and then into HR; as a result, I have experienced three of the major components of benefits administration. Project management with a major focus on spinning benefits during mergers and acquisitions.
