I am a Services Management professional with over 38 years of experience, with the last 10 years in leadership and management roles. My strengths are in the area of Program and Project Management of significant Information Technology projects, focusing on bringing the value of technology into the business, through efficient and effective service management. I can engage clients and articulate the value of projects as well as manage and deliver these projects to realize the proposed value.

I am an IBM Certified Senior Project Manager since 2007, PMPĀ® since 2005 and hold an ITIL EXPERT certification since 2010. My focus in the last 10 years has been in services outsourcing, specifically in IT managed operations and ITIL Service Management of outsourced operations of global and regional MNCs.

I have specific skills in business acquisition services, focusing on Services Transition, Due Diligence and contract initiation and startup, having managed the transition of large global and regional outsourcing projects.
