As a senior IT professional, I have earned over seventeen years of academic and professional work experience in IT-related fields.

I had the opportunity to work on edge technologies and for the biggest companies in the world. Working in fast paced international and multicultural environments has enhanced my skills and improved my decision making ability.

In my previous roles I a have years of experience in hiring, building, mentoring and leading high performing teams in Europe, Asia and North America along with a strong track record of improving customer satisfaction and support processes.

Today as the Lead Product Manager, for one of the most exiting Storage Solution in the industry, HP 3PAR, I am responsible of owning and developing the next generation product roadmap and product strategy. In the past years I have brought to the market exciting and innovative products such as Inline Deduplication on primary storage, Flash-Optimizations, performance acceleration features such as Adaptive Flash Cache and Express Writes, Storage Quality of Service, integration with OpenStack and many other 3rd party vendors, next generation management and reporting consoles.
