I have built complex e-commerce organizations spanning three continents, beginning in 1999 with the establishment of an ecommerce operation in Europe that provided Adidas their first online B2C channel. These businesses delivered solutions that included SAAS-based ecommerce sites, fulfillment, and integrations with IBM, Demandware, Hybris, Borderfree, and Shopatron etc.
I am fluent at selling and implementing complex B2C and B2B technology and operations solutions for Fortune 500 and Internet Retailer 500 clients such as Starbucks, TJ Maxx, P&G, Kraft, The United States Mint, Urban Decay, Burt’s Bees and Asics. Projects recognized by Internet Retailer Magazine as “Best Internet Retailer” included P&G (PGestore.com), Kate Spade (Katespade.com), L’Oréal (9 different brands), and Carters.com.
Having taken e-commerce projects from design to rapid execution, such as Carters Baby Clothes growing to a $180 M online site in the first 18 months of operation, I have experienced the full range of highs and lows in the industry.
A recognized leader from the beginning of the ecommerce industry, I am both a sales and operations expert. While delivering innovative technology solutions, I have closed deals totaling $1B+ in the past six years.
With a stable leadership style, energy, and passion, I have led large organizations of up to 2500+ headcount as well as building small teams to pursue a vision that expands their talents beyond self-perceived limitations.
Driven by people, strategy, and innovation, I am motivated by building relationships, developing talent or finding new ideas to add profits to the bottom line.
I participated in the growth from startup to enabling $2+ B in annual sales for clients through various channels and as have built a global network of partners and vendors.
