I have built complex e-commerce organizations spanning three continents, beginning in 1999 with the establishment of an ecommerce operation in Europe that provided Adidas their first online B2C channel. These businesses delivered solutions that included SAAS-based ecommerce sites, fulfillment, and integrations with IBM, Demandware, Hybris, Borderfree, and Shopatron etc.

A recognized leader from the beginning of the ecommerce industry, I am both a sales and operations expert. While delivering innovative technology solutions, I have closed deals totaling $1B+ in the past six years.

With a stable leadership style, energy, and passion, I have led large organizations of up to 2500+ headcount as well as building small teams to pursue a vision that expands their talents beyond self-perceived limitations.
