I agree that NTM is not integrated very well. And you are right about the QoE feature, but that is sort of an extra. If you really want to look at QoE, you should really have the NTA and/or the VNQM. They will give you all you want and more. It does need a little…

-18+ years in the IT Field, specializing in networking/security.
-Well-rounded in all areas of IT, to include Networking, Information Systems and Services, Virtualization, Data Center, and Information Assurance.
-Hold many certifications (CCNA, CEH, Security+, SCP, VCA-DCV, MCSA) and also instructs courses such as EC-Council CEH, CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+, and Cisco CCNA courses.
-Have held many IT postions and titles, to include Information Technology Specialist, IT Consultant, Technical Lead, IT Manager, NOSC Lead, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, Lead Engineer, Installer, Network Technician, Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, NOC Administrator, HelpDesk Technician, and PC technician. I have developed thousands of pages of documentation (training plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), integration plans, install guides, troubleshooting procedures, schedules, diagrams, etc.) and have trained 100+ personnel in IT areas.
