For the last 20 years I’ve served in variety roles and positions, from software developer to team leader, business analyst, project/product manager and business unit manager. Hence today I’m able to speak both the ‘tech’ language and ‘business’ language, which give me the ability to bridge the gap between the “IT people” and “business people” when managing a project. In other words, I can save time and avoid re-works by making sure both parties are aligned.
