I have had positive experiences with Altaro's customer service and technical support. While I mainly contact my account manager for validation of situations, the support provided by Altaro has been excellent. I would rate it ten out of ten for their support.

Oh wow! Altaro's support and service are top-notch. They are always available and ready to help. We have had to call on them a few times with some detailed questions and never had a problem. Furthermore, we always got a very quick response.

Customer Service:

Customer service is excellent, and provides polite and prompt replies to emails.

Technical Support:

Technical support is also very good. There is a support tool within the software that saves an error report as a zip file which can then be emailed to support at Altaro. The longest I have had to wait for a reply is 24 hours, but that was for a non-standard error.

Unfortunately, due to the sanctions in my country (Iran), I can't access the Microsoft support team. By doing this type of work, experts here have to learn the products intimately. Our organization provides solutions for state or public organizations and we also provide support for them. As an example, I'm engaged in supporting and maintaining services for customer's bank services infrastructure as a level three expert. If I have any problems, I try to connect to different forums and knowledge bases because of sanctions. We can't access the technical support from Microsoft organization. Technical support for my country should be improved.
