Additionally, the interface is very good.""It's a scalable product.""The setup is very simple.""The most valuable features of Fortinet FortiManager are the overall management it provides and its ease of use.""There is something called zero-touch provisioning, where you can add a new device without any configuration. You just add it to FortiManager and then forget about it.""Fortinet FortiManager allows a full view of all the devices on the network from one location.""The features are good.""The integration is quite good."

"Vulnerability management is the most valuable one and it’s a must in every organization.""The features that are most valuable are the identification, scan features, and the identification of vulnerabilities.""The most recent is VMDR, which provides a comprehensive overview of how to detect, patch, and remediate specific vulnerabilities.""It's very configurable to adjust impact to systems.""Qualys VM is very stable.""I find the solution's dashboard interesting...The response time is fine. You can pull up reports without dragging or consuming bandwidth.""The most valuable features are vulnerability scanning, policy compliance scanning, and tablet for web application scanning.""The vulnerability management feature is what I used the most. Cons
"The solution has some bugs.""The information extraction through command lines was could improve to some extent. Although there were some command lines available, there were not enough options. For instance, I needed to obtain the management IP address of my two Fortigates, but the Fortinet FortiManager did not provide me with the IP address on the LAN interface. I attempted to find this information through the command line but was unsuccessful. I also searched for articles on the internet, but could not find a solution. This is an aspect that could be improved or potentially there is a method to access this information that I have yet to discover.""The areas that need improvement are implemenation and support. In terms of implementation, it mainly needs clear documentation.""Within the management of some features on FortiManager, specifically the management of user objects used for VPN service, FortiManager is quite weak.""The price is a bit too high.""For the IPSEC tunnels, Fortimanager doesn't have all of the features that are available on Fortigate.""Their EDR products could be better. They need to dedicate more R&D to that area.""The solution has to be enhanced to manage new switches."

More Fortinet FortiManager Cons →

"Qualys could improve the inbuilt dashboards.""The reporting in this solution can be improved.""When tested on Zero day, there were errors.""Qualys VM's vulnerability scan could be improved, especially the number of CVE numbers it can manage at a time.""Integration could be better. When you think about scanning, it's not used just with this product alone but with other Qualys products. If you think about the bundle, the product itself is good. But integration with other products and packages has space for improvement. They should also offer a better price for bundles.""The tool needs to improve the adding assets and report generation features. I would like to see the policy scan of offline appliances in the product's future releases.""If anything, I would like to see the user interface modernized a bit more.""The only improvement I can think of is on the implementation side. At times it is a bit slow."
