I think that it could be interesting to expand the eCommerce capabilities to the B2C sector.It allows us to arrange and develop new ideas, then incorporate them into the portal. We can create a one stop information center, so people can access the information from one window.The web/mobile/portal integration was one of the features that we found most valuable, primarily because it reduced our development time.

The initial setup was really straightforward and easy.There is a new Skype feature in Teams that is excellent.The group chat is very good.You can add teams to a conversation. You can create reports, project plans, or many other things based on Microsoft solutions. It has improved communication between teams and within each team.The chat functionality is the solution's most valuable feature.The product is continually growing to add new features and functionality.It is an excellent all-around communications tool that works well for business purposes.I think what the team likes most is the improvements when it comes to communication.

Cons
Social area and capabilities need improvement.It could be improved in terms of adding filters to some of the rules. Therefore, you can retain how long a document would need to stay in an archive.

I would like to see Outlook options added to this solution.The mobile application needs improvement. There are a lot of features on the web and desktop versions that aren't implemented yet on mobile.In the next release, I would like to have the interface modernized and brought more up to date.I think they can improve the all those segments for channel bulking. Also, some functionalities which migrated from Skype for Business to Teams, is not supported by Teams. We had used them in Skype for Business.We occasionally have issues with synchronization between different dates. This aspect of stability needs improvement.The product is immature and lacks some of the features and functionality you would expect in a collaboration tool.It may be a little daunting to learn and is still a tool in development.I would say that Microsoft Team invitations from the calendar within the solution could be improved.

It is a bit expensive.Their pricing model should be modified to include per user options instead of just servers/cores, etc.

We are satisfied with the price of this solution.It is the standard license which is part of many Office packets.Pricing is free to a threshold and then after that you have to license per user.
