Cons
The solution is like a CRM, so the initial setup is complex. It takes a few days to deploy the solution and the length of time depends on how large the company's topology is and what the client's demands are.The permission management features need improvement. The search feature needs improvement. I can never find the information I need when I use it.Sharepoint doesn't integrate well with Oracle, and we use a lot of Oracle products at our company. Therefore, it makes more sense for us to go to Oracle instead of continuing to use Sharepoint.Technical support could be improved. They are not fast enough, especially when we'll go deeper in the product itself. More complex issues make it very tough to find someone that can help you.The solution needs to be more collaborative. I believe they are just coming up with the themes for this right now. Many of our customers would like to see an OCR feature, so it would be very good to have this in a future release.

I would like to see Outlook options added to this solution. The mobile application needs improvement. There are a lot of features on the web and desktop versions that aren't implemented yet on mobile. In the next release, I would like to have the interface modernized and brought more up to date.I think they can improve the all those segments for channel bulking. Also, some functionalities which migrated from Skype for Business to Teams, is not supported by Teams. We had used them in Skype for Business. We occasionally have issues with synchronization between different dates. This aspect of stability needs improvement. The product is immature and lacks some of the features and functionality you would expect in a collaboration tool.It may be a little daunting to learn and is still a tool in development.I would say that Microsoft Team invitations from the calendar within the solution could be improved.
