We use direct support from IBM about installations and the initial setup of the systems because we take one PTO installation package, and then we can set up and configure it with a lot of add-ons, and we start to patch the main release. It takes maybe three to four hours to install on a server.

The initial implementation requires a third-party team.

Tivoli NetCool was implemented by both our in-house team and the vendor team. IBM only allows certified or accredited integrators to do the setup. Our team trains while on the job.

This product is better installed with the help of integrators or consultants.
