kCura Relativity Room for Improvement
Some of the training materials online are not too straightforward, but out of the discovery review platforms I've worked with, this one is the best. This seems to be a general issue for most eDiscovery platforms, which is understandable since there is so much ground to cover.

What I dislike about Relativity is that we have to go through the host in order to do productions and loads. It is not a do-it-yourself tool.
