The expert to whom I spoke before trialing the system was the very same person who came to help - and he wasn't there to merely assist; he wanted to just take care of everything for us. He came onsite to rack it, cable it, network it, configure our ESXi hosts, troubleshoot everything, migrate our data...everything. I actually prefer to be more involved, since that is how I learn new systems. He was just as happy to let me be exactly as involved as I wanted to be and to teach me what I needed to know. He brought everything that was needed to bring it online - NICs for our ESXi hosts, switches (loaned to us during the trial period); everything. When we ran into unexpected and weird difficulties he made sure to resolve them with me.

A Reduxio systems engineer came onsite and implemented the HX550. His level of expertise was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and got the system up and running in our production environment in well under one hour. It was a perfect experience from the first discussion about setup and implementation to the actual install, all the way to introducing the HX550 into our production environment and migrating the VMs.

Our system engineer has become one of the family. He’s always calling in and checking in on things. Seeing how things are and how they are working. Then, he checks in on you to make sure you are happy. I could not be happier with the experience and the expertise demonstrated by him.
