"For visualization capabilities, the automation capabilities make it possible to support the different personas. "I manage the progress of the stories in an Excel chart with dates on work progress or thing to do. I don't like the progress or the stage changing from the stories in Jira.""Jira can improve by making methodologies better, such as scrum and agile. Additionally, improvements in Kanban boards are needed.""I would like our clients' IT group to be able to have oversight without setting up agents. We're managing tickets, and I'd like their IT group to see everything we're doing without having to set them up as agents. There should be a better way of managing their users.
