Strong integration capabilities with other vendor tools, especially test automation tools. Good user documentation.

How has it helped my organization?

It has helped our company to centralise our testing efforts and create better visibility into our testing.

What needs improvement?

Its user interface as well as its graphs.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Yes, there have been sporadic DB errors related to performance.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

No.

How are customer service and support?

Seven out of 10. The support is OK, but they don’t provide specific fixes for customers. Therefore, any problems/enhancements are put into their backlog and it could be very long before they are implemented in a future release.

How was the initial setup?

Very simple and easy.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Very good pricing for what you get as a user.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

HPE Quality Center, IBM Rational Quality Manager, QAComplete, Zephyr, QMetry, Microsoft Test Manager.

What other advice do I have?

Use the trial version of the tool before you purchase it.
