The initial setup is easy. It takes one to two hours to implement all the components. It requires specific knowledge about database and web server administration.

We haven't deployed it yet, but it sounds straightforward.

Because it's a service, maintenance is done by the vendor and we don't really need to do anything.

The initial setup doesn't require too much manpower and only takes a couple of hours. One of the positives is that they will only provide support once training has been completed. Without that, installation and setup can't be carried out. They know that it's not an easy out-of-the-box implementation. Following training, implementation is a matter of following the script.

It was a low-complexity installation, and it took a couple of hours. We have a mix of skills, so we used in-house skills for some parts and experts with special skills for others.

It was quite simple to set up, once you've done the training. It was important to get the training done before we could make any changes to the configuration and set up.

We worked with it for a bit before we actually had the training. It would have been easier to get going with the training first, but that was just an operational issue. We just didn't have the time to do the training.

It was quick to deploy this solution. The deployment was the service, because it's a cloud-based solution. They did the deployment and I had an issue with the performance because the solution was hosted in the UK. I asked them to move it to South Africa and that happened over a weekend. That is quite quick, so I was really happy about that.

Initial setup was a little complex, perhaps because we were doing it for the first time.

The configuration of the server, reporting server and clients took a little time.

The initial setup is quite complex.

The complexity is mainly in terms of installation and installing the web portal in particular. It requires a lot of consideration at the beginning. After that, it's easier. At the beginning of the configuration, however, its challenging.
