The initial setup is easy. It takes one to two hours to implement all the components. It requires specific knowledge about database and web server administration.

We haven't deployed it yet, but it sounds straightforward.

They did the deployment and I had an issue with the performance because the solution was hosted in the UK. I asked them to move it to South Africa and that happened over a weekend. That is quite quick, so I was really happy about that.

Dealing with a new concept, it was a little bit complex. However, you get used to it.
