How would you assess the product’s ease of use and simplicity in automating processes? Please explain.

We particularly like the fact that it's graphical because it is Windows-based. Before, we were text-based on the mainframe. You can also produce flow charts. And its ease of use is valuable because it's point-and-click, which is very nice.
