The solution saves us in operational costs. The controls are very professional for managing orders with suppliers and partners. 

I provide the infrastructure support for data centers and databases, and I can see that the background jobs run much faster with SAP HANA than with Oracle or DB2. Furthermore, SAP HANA has fewer licensing issues, making it cheaper than Oracle. Additionally, the support for SAP HANA is the best we have seen.

Using SAP HANA has reduced a lot of paperwork that we would typically be doing and the communication we have with our suppliers. Additionally, it has improved our organization and approval process.

We have been building a lot of sniffer audits for users. For instance, if a bond structure is not going a particular way, the master data team and the business users can check those audits. These audits, made to assess the data quality, will confirm if it is something we have already identified. So all the data quality audits are built on HANA View.

As an in-memory database, expectations for HANA were already high, especially considering the infrastructure investments. 

We've seen reporting performance increase four to five times, which was a substantial improvement. At the end of the day, you expect those improvements when spending significant amounts on a solution.

It's a relatively new technology, and in-memory databases intrinsically require larger servers with more memory. We purchase the HANA license from SAP and the hardware from a vendor like HP or IBM.

Ultimately, as an organization, we aimed to speed up support and enable our executives to generate reports on their screens almost instantly with the click of a button. From that perspective, HANA delivered as a reporting solution.

SAP HANA's in-memory computing improved our operational efficiency. In terms of our overall business operations, I'd estimate a 30-40% improvement. Considering things like ticketing, resource allocation, and issue resolution, it's definitely had a sizable impact.

The maintenance is quick. It's analytics directly out of the box. You do not need storage. You bring the data, do your calculation, and do your reporting. That said, if you want to store it, there's a cost involved. However, if you just want to report out of it, you don't have to move your data to any other place. I won't call it a data warehouse; it's more about quick analytic reporting out of SAP.

It's made everything faster. The best thing we have is a faster operation. Even the reports are being generated very fast versus before. Before, we used to have an older version of SAP, and once we migrated or upgraded the old system to the current system, the speed of the work totally changed.

It is in the internal control system and with the most important decisions for the management of the enterprise, the process of decision-making. We are much more able to analyze the information we get from the software and analyze why it works and whether it's good or bad. It also assisted us with internal control.

We are using SAP HANA as a single system for global solutions. 

The benefit of SAP HANA can be observed from the fact that my entire organization depends on the solution since we use around nine to ten modules of SAP, including finance, inventory management, and SCM.

It helped us because some of the people who are busy supporting us are not local. We opened SAP HANA more for the management. We even got some tenders that we were able to submit documents online and sending it to our servers. The key value is that we can get more tenders because of the lower cost while giving a better product or service. This is possible only because of our use of SAP HANA.

We hoped to move all our BI systems to work with HANA, unfortunately, there are a lot of performance issues, even after remodeling the BW models.

The performance in terms of processing time is unmatched due to the in-memory processing capability.

The administration of the many records that were previously distributed in different systems into a central location has been made easier. All that information has been availed central from multi-locations without the requirement for manipulation using worksheets, as was the case before.

The database is also running our business warehouse and business intelligence environment, where insightful reports are generated for business management.

This solution did improve my organization. We had some changes to better our organization, especially in the procurement process. Here in the Middle East, we have some processes that are not according to standard business processes. Through our change management processes, we had to re-change or resend our process to adapt it with SAP.

Provides us with predictive capabilities for asset maintenance and real-time forecasts.

Using this solution has given us better details for reporting and analytics.
