The most valuable aspect for me is the solution's ability to provide insightful information in real time. It helps us quickly address potential issues and provides us with valuable insights. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers, especially when it comes to onboarding new infrastructure. Given our easy operation, the agent deployment for Trend Micro is swift and efficient.

Once the servers are onboarded, which we completed this year, we will have full protection and monitoring activities in place.

There is some feature in ServerProtect called Virtual Batching, which helps to protect other servers in a system from threats or exploits. That is one of the most useful features. Then there is an anti-malware component with behavioral analysis and machine learning. That is also a very good feature of the product that provides a high-level of intelligent security.  

The most valuable features are the anti-malware and antivirus capabilities.

The solution is also very easy to use. 

I like the fact that you can manage the solution from the cloud, so you don't have to be in the office to access the management console.

ServerProtect's best feature is virtual patching, which takes care of patching even if your servers aren't updated with the latest threat definitions.

We've decided to change to a different solution. We liked Trend Micro, however our colleagues in the United States used Cylance as their primary endpoint protection.

What I find most valuable in Trend Micro ServerProtect is virtualization. It installs on the virtualization node instead of installing on all of the guests, and this means communication between the VMs on a specific host is also covered.

You don't need an agent for each of the VMs, e.g. you don't need to install it on each virtual node, because you can just install it on the host, and that is brilliant. Trend Micro ServerProtect protects all guests on the VMs, and it also protects against internal communication between the VMs.

I liked that we could set the policy and quarantine any malware coming in. The solution is easy to use and it's reasonably priced. In terms of its capabilities for software protection, it covers our needs. 

Performance is very good.

The most valuable feature is Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

This solution easy to use.

We like that we can connect servers to client's PCs.
