Oversaw vendor based teams of over 50+ Project managers, programmers and analysts. Successfully Implemented application monitoring for 100+ application portfolio.

Oversaw a series of migrations to new environments for applications including SAP BO upgrades, many other apps using .NET, SQL Server, Oracle and other technologies. Functioned as the customer PM on a PeopleSoft upgrade project that has not been updated in over 10 years. Had to migrate through 4 versions of PeopleSoft, 3 versions of Oracle, and two different versions of Windows and an OS move from Solaris to Linux. Completed a few weeks early with no major issues reported.

First ITIL certification recived nearly 15 years ago and currently ITIL Foundation v3 certified. Completed ITIL OSA Training.
