We are utilizing most of the features, like content filtering. The firewall is powerful.""The technical support in our region is excellent.""The solution is very user friendly. "Its portal is user-friendly. I am able to manage the user data and access control through this device.""The most valuable feature of Sophos Cyberoam UTM is the SD-WAN gateway.""Sophos Cyberoam UTM is used for perimeter security, web filtering, intrusion prevention and as a VPN.""I'm more inclined towards the conventional firewall. So for me, I'm more geared towards the standard firewall type functionalities as well as the web application firewall because that seems to work fine.""The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that it is a very strong product with good support.""The solution is excellent for web and application filtering and remote access with the VPN.""The product has helped control bandwidth utilization, as well as enhanced connectivity and security to remote locations.""The main features I have found best are the load balancer and ease of use."

Cons
"In the next release, I would like to see the interface simplified to be more user-friendly.""It claims it does DLP, but the degree and level of controls are very basic.""Due to its higher cost, Fortinet FortiGate can lead to increased operational expenses.""The debugging and troubleshooting has room for improvement.""There is room for improvement related to the logging and reporting aspect.""I feel that the reporting needs to be improved.""We would like to see a better training platform implemented.""It would be good if they had fewer updates."

"I haven't seen any feature that will allow me direct authentication for a VPN solution."

More Comodo Dome Firewall [EOL] Cons →

"Needs a mail alert/notification when the device loses any of its connections, during ISP redundancy implementation.""What needs improvement in Sophos Cyberoam UTM is openness in the competition among Sophos partners or any other Sophos product. Another area for improvement in the solution is pricing. It could be cheaper.""We use different workarounds and find different solutions for it, depending on the client's needs. We shouldn't have to, we should just be able to use the product as it comes with Cyberoam, rather than having to revert to other products.""The policy is a bit too vague.""Sometimes, users are timed out intermittently.""Once in a while, an unwanted email will slip in. You have to set your parameters to avoid that happening, but once in a while, an email has slipped past firewall. Once you update the firmware, you notice that it doesn't happen. If an email slips in, I get a little bit worried. I do get the report, but you just don't want that situation happening in the first place.""When it comes to web filtering and application filtering, it does not contain enough signatures to determine all of the sites that need to be blocked.""The product fails to provide proper reports, making it an area where improvements are required."
