"Scripting and patch management are really important for us. Patch Manager is something that we use a lot, and we would love to have it continually improved. "We can use it for remote monitoring, and it also works great as a troubleshooting tool. We are able to open up a command line or a PowerShell session remotely without having to disrupt the user. They have a limited network device monitoring capability, but for workstation servers, we have the event logs. We can do performance monitoring, system changes, software deployment, and patch management. We can also push scripts. It has a very simple web interface. There are no additional things to do there. Security is also pretty good. It does the same things that the other competitor's tools do. One of the advantages of Ninja is that they have a more capable mobile app, which allows you to see the alerts immediately. I get alerted to major critical issues.""NinjaOne's best feature is its monitoring.""The most relevant feature is the monitoring, which provides built-in tools for sending commands.""It helps us to be able to have visibility into the overall performance of the servers, laptops, and desktops that we are managing currently.""The tool's most valuable feature is third-party application updates.""The most valuable feature we have found currently is probably patch management.""Good at managing updates and for remote support.""The policies are probably the most valuable features. "I have a problem with the reports available on the solution. I don't understand how to work with the reporting functionality. For example, when I want to give a report for a specific machine, ConnectWise doesn't seem to have this as an option. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or if the reporting functionality is just poorly conceived.""The wait time for a support ticket to be addressed needs to be reduced. They take a couple of days to get back. It is a little frustrating when we have to wait for a couple of days. A lot of times, the issue is critical for us. If we're reaching out to their support team and submitting a ticket, it is because we need it handled quickly.""The fixed client for Automate is slow. The web client is not very intuitive.""Scheduling of automation could be improved and made more simple.""They always change the GUI to some dumb-down version of tiles which are more "user-friendly", but slows my team down in the end.""Technical support was helpful.""They could use some automated alerts particularly when we're talking about an MSP that might shoot over.""There could be better linkages between ConnectWise Automate and Manage from a ticketing perspective. "I wish that they integrated it with more antivirus solutions. Currently, they only push Defender, but it doesn't really have integration with SentinelOne. It also didn't integrate with Trend Micro, which we were using previously. I would also like to have more control from the mobile app. As of now, I am able to see some performance values, but I can't see, for example, disk activity or disk performance values. If they can improve their app a little bit, it would help greatly. They can also improve the tech interface. If I assign certain techs to a bunch of specific machines, they only get those alerts that they're assigned to.""It can have more integrations with third-party providers, such as Deep Instinct.
