"Having all monitoring, response, tracking, and mitigation tools in one dashboard provides our analysts and SOC team with a comprehensive view at a glance."
"It is stable and scalable."
"The stability is very good."

"The solution is very easy to use. It's an extremely user-friendly product."
"The most valuable features in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business are protection and encryption. Additionally, the interface is good and it can be integrated with Windows, Linux, and Mac."

"I haven't seen the use of AI in the solution."
"I would like the solution to extend beyond endpoint protection and include other attack surfaces such as other network components."
"The support needs improvement."
"FortiEDR could add a separate scanning dashboard. In incident management, we prefer to remove the endpoint system from the environment and scan the system. We typically use Symantec for that, but if we want to use FortiEDR for that, then we need a scanning tab to clarify things."
"Everything with Fortinet having to do with their cloud services. They need to invest more in their internal infrastructure that they are running in the cloud. One of the things I find with their cloud environment compared to others' is that they go cheap on the equipment. So it causes some performance degradation."
"It takes about two business days for initial support, which is too slow in urgent situations."
"The EDR console should have more extensive reporting. You shouldn't need to purchase FortiAnalyzer. It should be included in the EDR part. The security adviser cloud platform could be improved with more options for exclusive or intensive rules for devices."
"I would like to have more forensic features. For example, if we are hit by an attack, I would like to have tools to investigate what kind of attack, who has attacked, how it was attacked, and what we could do to stop this kind of attack in the future. I would like to have more forensics capability built into Kaspersky."
"The GUI of the product is too basic, making it an area where improvements are required."
"I've had some problems with the web interface. For example, when I was running a trace, it's difficult to find this function, but I can see it when I go on the server. So, if I want to implement the EDR functions on the web interface, it's very difficult because the command button or the link doesn't appear."
"The performance of our machines tended to slow down under Kaspersky. That definitely needs to be addressed. I remember I had a pretty good Dell Notebook, and this product slowed it down quite a bit."
"A big improvement would be allowing us to reconfigure the agents and change what to whitelist for a specific user. If the user is not happy with the configuration and is being blocked from certain sites, we should be able to reconfigure the monitoring mechanics to make it more flexible."
"As far as improvements, maybe the licensing could be cheaper, but I think this solution is pretty okay."
"They can improve the zero-day exploit to be more effective."
"They're restricted to endpoint protection for now, I'd like to see some additional products."
"They should include easy-to-use connectors to make it easier to connect to SIEM."
"I don't give it a perfect 10 because of the Active Directory integration. It would make things easier if the Active Directory were integrated more seamlessly."
"Apex One has some room for improvement on the agent side. I want to get more from the logs and those kinds of things. I want to see whether the agent has the proper updates or any issues with the machine itself."
"We had issues with our system integrator who didn't have enough experience with Trend Micro. There aren't many enterprise customers in our country who use Trend Micro on the level that we are using it, so it might be a little too complex for them. Trend Micro is typically used in small companies that do not need all the advanced features that we are looking for. The integrators don't have experience deploying these features. The scope is broad, but Microsoft Defender is simpler."
"The solution could use signatureless detection."
"We have had some false positives with Apex One's ransomware detection. We received an alert, but it wasn't a ransomware attack. When we did an investigation, we found it was only malware."
"Trend Micro Apex One could improve by having better integration in the future."
"Trend Micro Apex One should have a DLP (Data loss prevention) module."
