We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Enabled MFA to access federated applications as well as increased user satisfaction through improved provisioning times and more reliable processes. This solution allows us to do the provisioning. Also the most important for us is the ability to enable and disable features to employees as they onboard and offboard. The most valuable aspects of the solution are the integration with external websites one-factor authentication.

The single sign-on is the solution's most valuable featureThe most valuable feature is the integration with the Active Directory. The most valuable feature is that it meets the requirements of the customer. You have a lot of features in the product. Every product has them, but the question is, are these products going to meet the requirement of the customer?

SSO and MFA for improved end-user experience, and protection against password spray attacks, account password self-service.I don't know if it is possible to make it simpler to use or simpler to understand, but that would be the most important thing to improve. The solution lacks an on-premises deployment model so it can't offer a hybrid solution. It would be ideal if clients had options that weren't just cloud-based.

We're currently unable to find information about if the solution can do a full implementation with SQL. Some better and more accessible documentation for new users or those curious about the product would be helpful. To add more value to this solution it needs to be more user-friendly.CA has reporting at the moment. With the reporting, every particular segmented product has a reporting engine. I would like to see centralized reporting for all of them together.
