I evaluated Microsoft Outlook and Yahoo, which merged with AOL, as potential options, but Yahoo wasn't feasible for me. It was either Microsoft Outlook or Gmail from Google Workspace.

We evaluated Microsoft 365 before buying Google Workspace. 

Before Google Workspace, we didn't evaluate any other options. Since we are a startup, we adapted to Gmail, one of the strong service providers in the mail ecosystem. Then we bought Google Workspace and started using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.

We prefer Google Workspace over Office 365. The setup process of Office 365 is a bit complex. A lot of features in Office 365 are not documented.

When evaluating Google, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure identity services, I have found Azure is the best.

I have other solutions also, but they're not a user-friendly as Google Mail. Some of the features I wanted weren't present, so I didn't recommend these solutions for my organization.

I had started doing research from my side about what is G Suite and what other options we have for an enterprise solution. Coming from an IT background, it took me a day or so to understand what G Suite is. It did not take me long.

I used Microsoft as well, but I prefer Google Workspace because of its ease of use and accessibility.

We have not evaluated other solutions. We knew this was the one we wanted.

G Suite competes with Microsoft Office 365 and the Zoho suite of applications, which provides solutions for virtually all business activities including Sales, Marketing, HR/Recruiting, Accounts, Project Management, Customer Support, and more. Each has its own strengths and can be great solutions for different types and sizes of businesses.

No we didn't as we were looking for a free and lightweight option, and Google Apps satisfied both.

We did look at different options.

In Thailand, you need to have control the BYOD. That's why we tried to find a solution that addresses this. Our organization already was using the Google G Suite and we decided to move to Enterprise.

We evaluated the Microsoft package, but then we decided on this solution. We found it suited us better and the collaboration was easier.

I looked at cloud.google.com, and then I also took another look at blog hosting that provides email and website hosting.

There were no other options looked at.

We have plans to migrate to Office 365. We want to keep everything on the same platform for office applications. Rather than purchase two licenses, we would like to purchase one.

We did not evaluate other options before choosing this product.
