G Suite is much more reliable than Office 365. I had a couple of incidents with Office 365 where I couldn't access emails. The emails didn't come in or go out. There was one day when I got no email for half a day, and I didn't know why. I finally realized that I was offline because they were doing some maintenance on Office 365.

G Suite Enterprise has been highly stable.

I'd rate the stability of Google Workspace as nine out of ten. The Gmail app was down once, many years ago, though I wonder if that was a regional or nationwide outage. I couldn't send a few emails, but that happened only once.

I rate Google Workspace's stability a ten out of ten. We are very dependent on it. If it goes down, then our whole workflow will be affected.

The functionality of Google Workspace is very robust.

The industry standard has been maintained, so I don't see any difficulties for implementation with G Suite. They have that GAM tool available which is most difficult. The work state is very lengthy.

It is stable but we have had issues receiving emails from people who use Outlook. Sometimes it connects and sometimes it does not receive all the mail so we will have an incident where users have seen the mail via the browser in their inbox, but when they go into Outlook, it disappears. This has caused some concern for people in my organization. Some employees have lost important emails due to this problem. We opened tickets with Google but they said it is a problem with the fact that an Outlook platform was used. I have a feeling that it is not just my organization that is experiencing this issue.

Google Workspace is a stable solution. There was only one instance when I couldn't access it, and the whole world couldn't access it as well, so overall, I find Google Workspace to be a very stable solution.

I would rate the stability a five out of ten. From the products I have used so far with Google, I would rate stability around five because I've seen it keep developing and being stable in general.

The stability is fine. I would rather think the local networks are falling apart, so the response times are sometimes slow, but it's not really Google related, it's network related.

We've found the solution to be very stable. We haven't faced any bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's given us no issues at all so far. It's reliable. 

I've found the stability to be not that great. The reason is that I've had opportunities early on where, instead of using OneDrive and my Microsoft account, I was going to move everything over to my Google Drive, but I got to a place where it would start blinking and flash, and I couldn't pull a document. I couldn't access my G Drive. It was just acting weird. For a while, it would freeze up and it wouldn't do anything.

I haven't had the issue lately. It was a problem which led me to stay with Microsoft. Right now I'm using Microsoft Outlook as my primary platform when I'm sitting at my desktop. It also seems to syncs with Google.
