Hornbill Systems Supportworks Stability
The solution is fairly stable. However, it begins to struggle a bit when you grow beyond a certain amount of users. It had worked quite well for us for eight years; it's just recently that we've begun to hit the limitations of the product.
View full review »At first we had a glitch where it would occasionally boot people out of their session, but that was because of a bug at our end, and not intrinsic to the software. Other than that, it is a very stable system and seldom, if ever, crashes.
