It's definitely a scalable product, we've been able to scale to over 5,000 users. That includes finance people, IT, business users, service management, and also our HR department. They all use it. 

No issues with the scalability; it’s a strength of MicroStrategy, because of the product’s robust SQL engine. It has a great SQL optimization process that pushes requests to the database.

This product is easily scaled. We can use it for 100 users or we can use it for over 10,000 users, depending on the licenses.

We currently have between 800 and 1,000 employees.

The solution is definitely scalable. Right now, we have more than 50 users on the solution and those users are both IT managers and admins. We do plan to increase usage in the future.

MicroStrategy can scale up and scale out, but it's done manually. Still, to do this on-premise is very hard; you may need help from your IT department or support. On the cloud, scaling is easy.
