We haven't seen any problems or downtime so far. The stability depends on the region where you're selling the services and how you're running them. Customers from Europe are probably up 100 percent of the time. People from Asia probably have some issues. I've worked with Google, Azure, and Oracle cloud providers, and none of them are perfectly stable, but they try to be.
