The benefits that Sales Creatio brought to our organization: The bottom line is my members didn't want to go ahead and utilize the previous solution (Infor CRM) because it was so cumbersome. We had to go through several different screens to get things processed. Not only that: If they needed to make an ad hoc change, or if they needed to make a process, they were not able to do it. They had to ask my IT guys to create a process for them, or customize a field, or get a specific page or information they needed. It was not that easy.

Sometimes it was easy for us because we were trained, but the new guys, they didn't want to do it. They said: "Well, we worked with Salesforce before. We worked with Microsoft before. Infor is not that simple or intuitive." We then started to go into Sales Creatio and it was very easy to use and very, very intuitive. They could create all kinds of processes on their own. I didn't have to explain as much because it was new technology. Infor CRM, on the other hand, was stuck in time. They didn't develop much. It was just nice-to-have.

With Sales Creatio, utilization was improved by 80%. The database is clean and alive, and we see usage every day. My team loves this solution, both mobile and Windows.

The initial selection of Creatio is due to the time it takes to get up and running and the fact that people are productive using the application. Once a sales team, marketing team, or even a service team starts using the product, they'll find a consistent user interface between each of those modules. There's also the ability to automate workflows between them. 

For example, a qualified lead can be automatically passed from marketing to a sales team, and you could specify the sales team by certain parameters. Creatio allows you to use any of the more prominent sales processes in the marketplace. 

You can simply copy that into Creatio, and then that will be the designated sales process. Once you get those processes down, then it will, in fact, lead you to guided selling and AI insights on what the next best steps are in pursuing that sales opportunity. So, that's time to value right there – from the time of implementation all the way to the time of getting through the sales process.

The reporting and analytics tools are pretty good within Sales Creatio. Each step of the customer journey is recorded by certain metrics and KPIs. If you want to do a lot deeper dive with Excel pivot tables or third-party analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau, that's an option. But what I'm finding is that for companies just getting started with the platform, the out-of-the-box analytics may be sufficient. That might change after you see more significant results from using the platform. 

The analytics are good – you can create your own analytics dashboards or use the ones that come pre-built. I typically use the pre-built dashboards, and they cover everything I need as I'm managing the customer journey – whether I'm in the sales, marketing, or service module. That works well for me now, but managers who want pivot tables and things like that can export those dashboards to Excel and analyze the data there.

Everybody loves the dashboards and the bird' eye view. The dashboards are so customizable that pretty much any person or end-user is able to navigate it with just a couple of hours of training. 

The biggest impact is being able to get a bird' eye view on the performance, specifically looking at the dashboards and customizing them daily if there are any kinds of adjustments within your organization.

Instead of using Excel I'm using this program. It has helped me gather my data faster. But that's it, not much. It hasn't really improved anything yet because I haven't been able to customize it the way I want to.

I had a different strategy in mind for this product. Since we are mainly in the construction business, and it is very diversified, I haven't been able to use the software to its utmost. I'm using just the basics, I'm not using anything advanced. I am even trying to reset everything and start from scratch because it didn't benefit me from the first time I used it.
