We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Oracle Service Cloud could improve the integration for older platforms.""The solution is completely cloud-based and very easy to access from anywhere.""The most valuable feature of the solution is that a company can maintain all of its HR data without any issues.""It offers a seamless experience with quick deployment—eliminating prolonged implementation and installation processes.""Oracle Cloud Services integrates well. It has lots of APIs to integrate with other solutions, like the PBX we use from Cisco. The ability to integrate Siebel data with Cisco PBX was nice.""Oracle's strength lies in swiftly building and deploying enterprise applications globally.""Previously, my clients used a smaller ERP system, not a major one. However, they have now transitioned to Oracle, which provides them with a more extensive range of options. Unlike before, it's now an integrated system that covers various aspects, including finance, supply chain management, and other functionalities.""The solution is easy to learn."

"I would recommend Sales Cloud for anyone who has a sales team that needs to be optimized and for any size of enterprise.""It is nice to have the install base information at your fingertips when you look up a company.""The product is very fast and responsive. There's no lag time when you are on the platform.""The reporting features are useful.""The development cost, maintenance cost, everything will be drastically reduced - unlike traditional infrastructure where we maintain everything on our own.""You can capture all the contacts that relate to an account or business, including personal details.""It is an open the platform with API integration with other systems. Salesforce, it is not a software. It is very famous and available. When you are creating leads, generating leads, opportunities, it is wonderful in the reports as well. Dashboards are amazing.""This product is lightweight."

"Zoho CRM's best feature is its reporting.""I like that it is easy to get data in and out of it. We can export and import CSV files. I also like that the database is hierarchical, which allows me to be able to look at a parent and multiple children.""The most valuable solution of Zoho CRM is lead management and analytics. It has a powerful analytics tool.""Its initial setup process for the cloud-based version is straightforward.""The initial setup is pretty fast.""The most valuable feature of Zoho CRM is emailing. You can send emails to customers directly from Zoho CRM. The marketing team in my company uses this feature, and it's effective.""The solution is always stable.""The user interface, especially the dashboard, offers good navigation."

Cons
"Oracle changed the means by which users are created in the system. I would like this to be easier to implement.""Delivering the solution to clients can be quite complex and requires highly trained technicians with expertise.""The product must provide modules for operations management.""Oracle counts users for licensing purposes, regardless of their roles or usage patterns. This process could be better.""The dependency on the dollar makes these products more costly during disruptions in currency parity, especially in countries like Pakistan.""We built some custom code to make a few functions easier. Oracle needs to look at what the customers do and integrate them into the product.""The product's option to upload payroll data doesn't work seamlessly.""The user experience has to be much better."

More Oracle Fusion Service Cons →

"An area for improvement would be the ease of configuration.""Its licensing can be improved to accommodate small companies. They provide a certain number of licenses in a set or batch, and you have to buy the set. For example, if they have 20 licenses in a set, you have to get the whole set, even if you need just three licenses, which could be a barrier for small companies. There is no option to buy fewer licenses. So, small companies have to go for a smaller CRM, such as HubSpot.""One area where the solution could improve is with handling feature requests.""There could be an option to change the price list without creating a new quote.""In the next release, I would like to see more integration.""The user interface could be more intuitive. I had some challenges with how to convert from a lead to an opportunity.""The monitoring is very good, but it could be better.""It would be nice if they had an ERP offering or a firm strategic partnership with a best-in-class ERP. So rather than say they're just ERP agnostic, you would pick whichever ERP you want, which is very generic. I think it would have a lot of merit if they partnered strategically with a best-in-class trusted ERP platform or acquired an ERP platform."

"I have issues with the tool's scalability.""There are at least two big pieces. One is just the ability to reorganize the data and clean it up to eliminate duplicates and things like that. It is very manual at the moment. It only gives us certain fields that we can check on. Because of our particular database, it creates a problem. We deal with hospitals, and there are 50 hospitals. It is tough to figure out which one is which. Is it this one or the other one? So, trying to clean things up is very difficult. I'd like to have more ability to share data fields. The data is structured into different buckets, and I frequently have to create the same field in two different buckets. It would be nice if I could just do a view-only field in another bucket. In my contact bucket, I would like to be able to have just a view-only of the account information so that I don't need to enter it again, which is what I have to do currently.""The support response time for this solution could be improved.""The solution can improve by having a policy that allows us to integrate with the cloud.""I would like to see more integrations and customization options in the next release.""The solution's feature for forecast has limitations.""I'd like the solution to offer more integrations with other products.""I would like to see better integration with Zoho Creator."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "This is definitely an expensive product compared to others on the market."
  • "Licensing fees are on the higher end and I rate them an eight out of ten."
  • "Oracle's pricing is quite high, and this cost can be a significant barrier, especially for smaller companies."
  • "Oracle Fusion Service is more expensive than Workday."
  • "There are no extra licenses, everything is included in the subscription, and the price is fixed."
  • "The product has average pricing."
  • "Oracle Fusion Service is a cheap and flexible solution."
  • "The tool is reasonably priced."

  • "The subscription is on a monthly basis."
  • "The main issue is the price. Because it's SaaS, you will have to pay on a monthly or yearly basis."
  • "It is a premium product, so it is not the cheapest solution. I think if it's implemented well, and you're getting the soft cost benefits, the efficiencies, it's justified. But not if you're looking at just apples for apples as a subscription, without the complexity that you can achieve. It can deal with complex business requirements. Some other CRMs can't. But you certainly pay, so it's a premium-charged solution. It's one of the more expensive ones."
  • "I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be expensive. However, it is the number one CRM solution in the world. It is worth the money."
  • "The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
  • "My understanding is that Salesforce is a little bit expensive, but in terms of the efficiencies, automation, and visibility, I think it's definitely value for money."
  • "Implementation and add-ons may be additional costs."
  • "Being license based, the license varies by type. The pricing is considered average."

  • "There is a license required for this solution."
  • "It is around $1000 a month."
  • "Compared to other CRMs, it is very cheap."
  • "We have an annual license fee that costs $12,000."
  • "If you compare the pricing with SAP, it is well priced and you are able to pay as you go."
  • "We pay for an annual license to use this solution."
  • "There is an annual license."
  • "The licensing is the subscription, where we pay $50 per month per user."
