The initial setup was straightforward. The secure login service and the third-party database setup was not well documented (that was in 2007); the documentation has improved since then. Also, software upgrades are very quick and simple.

Very straightforward. The actual installation process can be done within 15 minutes. Afterwards, the setup is fairly straightforward once you have designed the appropriate security and monitoring standards for your organization.

Originally, it was very easy to install, easy to get going and up and running. Then again, with this latest version, it was a little less documented and a little bit harder to do; but not all that time consuming either way.
