They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are growing really fast, so there are always new people coming on board. Because I have had to call in for different types of support once or twice, I have run into somebody who was new. Because they are new, you just have to bring them up to speed a little bit. We had fun. We got things solved and done. They are almost perfect. I would rate them a nine out of ten.
View full review »We have only used technical support by email. If you can't put your questions into a clear format that technical support can help with, then it may be harder to get your problem or issue solved.

View full review »I rate customer support very, very high. This has been one of the stand-out aspects of using BambooHR. My company is based in Europe and BambooHR Customer Service is in America, so I got used to getting responses to my queries overnight (my time), however the answers were always within the same day and as helpful and friendly as possible.

View full review »You can really only contact technical support via email. The turnaround time is 24-48 hours. I would say the service is OK. The problems get solved, but just not very fast.
View full review »It takes a day to get a reply. In many cases, it is possible to add some fields. For more common solutions, we are asked to fill in the form to put it on the road map (not really helpful, costs time for us to do additional requests).
View full review »Amazing turnaround time. I really like that I can search for the answer first and most of the time I find my answer. But incase I don’t, I like that I have the option to email as well.
