Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The studio design is fine compared to other similar products. There is nothing extraordinary about it, but at the same time, there are not any negatives.""The ability to automate our processes with external plug-ins and zero code is the most valuable feature.""The chatbot that they have is most valuable. It is one of the best features because they own it, and they don't need to integrate with other parties to have a chatbot. This is one of the main features. The rest of the features are common to all RPA tools or vendors available in the market.""Stability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten...I rate the technical support of the solution a nine out of ten.""The support from the vendor is very good.""It helps us with cost optimization and easy implementation.""The product's most valuable feature is the executor.""We can quickly adapt to our end users."

"OCR, document processing, is one of the main features of WorkFusion. It can analyze your documents very efficiently. The accuracy is close to 90 percent. It can analyze and extract data from any document to populate or update it in other sources, like Excel or Google Sheets.""We have been very pleased with the speed and decisiveness of WorkFusion, which is able to quickly provide a disposition note or escalate to a human for additional review.""The document processing engine is good. We're extracting around 70 data points from a given document, and we have an automated extraction rate of 80 percent for those fields.""The most valuable features are the recorder because it's user-friendly and the integration with other tools Excel.""It really does help by either freeing up people's time to focus on more value-added tasks or reducing headcount. We generally have other things that we can get people to do, helping make the employees' work more meaningful since they are not having to do the mundane stuff.""We need to analyze documents in order to understand them. We don't need to dedicate much time to this because WorkFusion's machine learning capabilities are very good. We can easily extract information and classify these documents. The document processing engine is very important to our organization because it is the center for many use cases, as we need to control the information contained in documents.""The cognitive features of this solution are good.""It's a pretty robust product."

Cons
"They could provide more technologies for IT and security to enhance machine learning capabilities.""In the future, they should have a similar version for the cloud and on-premises, and the installation should be flawless within few minutes.""It's not an intuitive tool.""The ease of use is the main thing on which they really have to focus. If they want to go against the giants, it should be improved in ease of use, and it should be more user-friendly. It would be helpful because everyone should be empowered irrespective of whether they know how to code or not. They should enhance its user interface and make it more intuitive.""With other automation solutions in the market, we can simulate the process in our notebooks where the solution creates the code for us, but with AutomationEdge we can't do this.""We cannot use extra modules while working with AutomationEdge. It crashes if we have lots of data to process in Excel.""The price of the solution could be improved.""AutomationEdge's ecosystem has shortcomings and needs improvement. When we compare AutomationEdge to other RPA tools in our company, we find that it has a very minor online community."

More AutomationEdge Cons →

"The product needs to be "simple and easy" to use. A good example of this is the use of Python code to perform automations. It is free and the skills transfer is able to happen quickly and the operation and initiation of the completed automation is easy to execute.""The solution is not user-friendly, this is something they should improve.""WorkFusion comes packed with certain libraries and .jars. At times, you understand that you're using a system in which a library or .jar is outdated and you need to upgrade it... They need to better manage quickly making changes in WorkFusion to accommodate a situation where other technologies are not supporting the platform.""The user experience could be better both from an RPA perspective and from a business perspective.""One thing we didn't like was their OCR solution. We felt it's somewhat inefficient.""I would like WorkFusion to improve the automation rate when evaluating unstructured text.""On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate them a 6. That's not low - that 60%. But as I said, it needs to be upgraded and modified.""Because the data is coming from offline, paper-based invoices and sometimes from Excel, data accuracy is the main challenge... Sometimes, WorkFusion has lacked the functionality for extracting the right information from the invoices and we have had to manually correct the format."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "The licensing for this solution should have a more competitive pricing model. The price is in the top five of similar products."
  • "If you are looking for a budget solution, you can consider AE. It has all the features. Scaling it is way easier because of the cost itself."
  • "I give the price of the solution a nine out of ten."
  • "Pricing can be made better. Currently, I think the pricing is based on the market. The pricing also depends on the business partners that offer you the solution."
  • "Price-wise, AutomationEdge is pretty affordable, making it not so expensive when you compare this with other tools in the market."
  • "The product is available at the lowest price."

  • "Find it online."
  • "They have a very expensive license compared to any other automation tool. For instance, at $50,000 - $60,000, you can bring in an Automation Anywhere solution. For this solution, you need at least $250,000 to get something going."
  • "It is not the most expensive solution, but it is also not the cheapest."
  • "I can't speak to pricing. It's a contract signed by upper management."
  • "We are on an annual contract to use the solution."
  • "My client is using RPA Express, which is available for them to use free of charge."
  • "One upgrade took a year to do, from the first server being built to the last bot being migrated. This was because we had to migrate all our existing bots. This is the same process and time frame that we are expecting towards the upcoming upgrade. I will end up spending half a million dollars to do an upgrade."
  • "The solution was not the cheapest, but it was also not the most expensive. Workfusion was very open to negotiating pricing and to working within the objectives of our firm."
