The solution is stable. Even the older versions are stable. This product is very easy-to-use and user-friendly. I really enjoy using the workflow management. Compared to other products on the market, Bonita presents a pretty acceptable level of robustness. It is a great product that is powerful in developing applications. | It's all now on cloud subscription, so you can use all the features without worrying about making the system updates patches. We have manual processes, so the workflow enables us to automate a number of these processes. |

The community edition has limited module functionality. If they could release some of the functionality that's available in the enterprise edition that would be helpful to those learning to use the solution. It is missing some important features that other products have. We are struggling a bit with integrations. It would be nice to have a wizard to help walk through the development process and create a backbone. There is a considerable learning curve. | They need to come with more out of the box solutions, rather than depending on customers to develop them. We have a very good time to market tool, and the development platform should be made user-friendly. Mostly, it's just support. |
