"The pricing is relatively low compared to other solutions in this area. I'd go so far as to say it's even significantly less than the competition.""The most valuable feature is the fault management monitoring."

More CA Application Delivery Analysis [EOL] Pros →

"The solution offers very good integration capabilities.""The dashboard, versatility and larger horizon are valuable.""The alerting feature has improved our organization. We can create multiple alerts and refine them to how we need to use them.""The solution is finely stable.""The most valuable feature is the network-related reporting.""Defining thresholds and other alerting criteria is fairly simple and would not require a lot of training. This is very useful if you are managing a large environment.""I liked Network Configuration Manager. They had some pretty decent features there, and they also had pretty good monitoring and alerts.""I like being able to push configurations to multiple devices. If you have the same configurations for all the branches, it's easier to use ManageEngine OpManager and push configurations at once rather than individually pushing them to each device."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"My biggest complaint about ADA is that you have to rely on dedicated appliances.""The user interface needs improvement."

More CA Application Delivery Analysis [EOL] Cons →

"We have been facing an issue since last year when a lot of our users started to work from home through their mobiles or computers. We are having trouble reaching these devices. We are now planning to publish our instance to the cloud so that we can reach these devices. Its performance should be improved in terms of the discovery of the devices. I would like to feel confident with the discovery that this solution does. For example, on my dashboard, I would like to be able to view a list of all devices seen on a specific server. At present, it is difficult to find such information. This would be an excellent feature to have.""There needs to be improvements to make the solution capable of supporting more devices, and it would be good to see an option for automatic deployment.""The integration with various OEM products could be simplified.""The solution's reports need to include the number of applications consumed.""OpManager is slow but that just might be the server we have it on. I don't think that's the problem but I don't do the server. But it is slow. When you're interacting with it, it could be more nimble and could be faster.""We had some stability issues at the outset that have since been resolved.""The initial setup is a bit complicated. It needs a technician who is very aware of the flow and how to officially set up the flow chart, etc.""There should be an option to get mobile notifications or SMS mirror notifications for critical issues. That way, when we don't have access to email, we can still receive notifications via our phones."
