Pros
"We can manage the entire system across the network and troubleshoot the pain points."

"Device backups are smooth and managed centrally, with a nice dashboard, so you can quickly see the status.""Some of the useful features are NetFlow and analytics.""The most valuable feature is the network-related reporting.""I liked Network Configuration Manager. They had some pretty decent features there, and they also had pretty good monitoring and alerts.""The solution's most valuable feature is its ability to reach most of our network devices and get the most from them.""Flexibility in the two view dashboard helps viewers and admins get the information they need about the fetwork in a flash.""We don't have to keep an eye on it; it has a good automation option, which keeps us informed. It gives very less false positives. Overall, a really great product.""The uptime and monitoring are valuable to us because we need to monitor the uptime of our services, the memory, and the CPUs."

"What I've found most valuable is the custom sensor, which allows you to write scripts or code to monitor a specific metric in your environment.""Good compilation of the system's information.""The most valuable feature of this solution is being able to see things graphically.""This solution provides us with the needed feedback on our IT infrastructure. It allows us to grab all the information from a single point of view.""Stable and scalable network monitoring tool. Installation is simple and straightforward.""It helps the entire organization become digitally enabled.""It is very flexible, and we can monitor many aspects of IT as well as ERP and CRM services. It has a very powerful interface and APIs for customization.""We use the remote probes a lot for our branch offices. Instead of deploying the full instance of PRTG, we'll put a remote probe out there. This simplifies the whole deployment for us."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"The pricing of the solution is high. They should work to adjust the pricing model to see if they can help reduce costs.""The licensing model is confusing.""The dashboard could include more features.""What I'd like ManageEngine OpManager to improve on is artificial intelligence. In particular, the machine learning feature should be integrated with the sensor flow. Doing this will give leverage, especially when you look at other products such as the Cisco DNA Center. When a switch goes down, I should be able to build on the correlation of other physical devices it's connected to so that I can integrate that with my CA CMDB. The ManageEngine OpManager team needs to draw a long-term roadmap where that feature becomes an integral part of the solution because right now, machine learning in ManageEngine OpManager is a long process. The solution doesn't have MLS search and I want to see ML being developed and applied for CA CMDB to greatly reduce the burden of tying everything. For example, if I have a data center switch that goes down now, I should know what server it's connected to, and when that switch goes down at twenty-four ports, I would get twenty-four alerts for different devices plugged in. I should be able to make a correlation that the major problem lies in the switch and not with the twenty-four elements connected to that switch. That is where machine learning should come into play and the ManageEngine OpManager AI should indicate "This is where the root of your problem is." It could be difficult, but this is a feature that should be improved or added to the solution.""We had some stability issues at the outset that have since been resolved.""There should be an option to get mobile notifications or SMS mirror notifications for critical issues. That way, when we don't have access to email, we can still receive notifications via our phones.""There are certain things that are not possible to do with Op Manager. It's a solution that still needs time to develop.""It is sometimes difficult to manage the user interface. It can get very complicated."

More ManageEngine OpManager Cons →

"Performance-wise, PRTG Network Monitor still needs improvement because a large number of SNMPv3 queries reduces tool performance.""In the next release, PRTG Network Monitor should add a backup solution.""It would be nice if it gave us alerts via Gmail or SMS message.""PRTG Network Monitor is okay to use, but you'll need some time to analyze the data. If it can automatically locate or identify the problem area, it would be more helpful to users.""We're using more cloud services now. It would be useful to be able to get information back from these cloud services in detail, and display any issues within PRTG for the rest of our systems.""The automation should be improved.""Other monitoring tools that I have used are easier to use.""They should work on syncing the solution with Gmail."
