"Everything is valuable. It is tough to choose a particular feature, but project portfolio management along with agile 2.0 are two key product features that I would suggest for services companies like us."
"We like the status report feature. It is something really valuable."
"The technical support is pretty good. ServiceNow has consistently provided excellent assistance."
"You don't need a lot of plugins."
"The most important feature of ServiceNow IT Business Management is flexibility."
"The ease of use is the most valuable feature. It's very intuitive to set up."
"The PPM module is an excellent service."
"Another feature that impressed me is the clear Kanban board, as it provides a clear view of to-to tasks, assuring the team not to forget anything."
"While Nasuni has a learning curve, it becomes user-friendly once mastered."
"I appreciate the ease of creating boards and the flexibility it offers."
"Trello is not as complex as most of the other products are."
"We found that the solution was available on multiple devices, has a great user experience, is simple to use, and it is available on multiple channels."
"The installation was extremely straightforward."
"The product has a lot of integrations."
"All the features are valuable but the data extraction is extremely helpful for automation."
"The price is too high."
"The product does not give us the freedom to capture all the instances, test cases, and evidence."
"ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management must improve its interface, which is not very interactive or user-friendly compared to other tools like Zendesk. The real-time reporting feature doesn't help much in our decision-making process. It's quite complex to use and lacks the rich features needed for visualization. Overall, I find it to be very poor."
"When we originally set it up, we had some kind of success manager free of charge, and now it's an additional charge over and above what we're paying."
"We track salaries or paychecks of the resources. They change from time to time, such as every six months or every year. If they can come up with a default or out-of-the-box feature to manage those multiple payable costs so that we can automatically calculate the project costs rolled up. That would be the coolest feature that we can expect from ServiceNow. We would like to have an automatic feature to manage the payable costs. We should be able to manage or maintain multiple pay costs so that while calculating the project roll-up costs for individual projects, the respective pay costs in a particular period are picked up automatically from the backend. Currently, we have to customize that. It is doable. We have done it but through customization."
"The solution needs a few things in terms of resource management."
"The product comes with little options out of the box."
"I would like to see some artificial intelligence incorporated into the management functions."
"Having more integration with third party tools is an area for improvement in Trello. It would also be nice if it has a voice messaging functionality similar to what you have in WhatsApp, for quicker communication with colleagues."
"The dashboards and flexibility to adjust the timeline view for each task are areas with shortcomings in the solution that need improvement."
"Users should be able to log their time against the tasks and visual reports should be available in Trello for time spent."
"Trello wasn't a tool that offered lightning-fast speed like users wanted it to be for them."
"As a team board it did not work well for us."
"In the card area, you should not be able to modify so easily what is already written, as this can cause loss of information."
"It would be great if there was a tour for new users to explain how this solution works. Using this solution for the first time can feel complicated."
"Unstructured data cannot be directly used; it needs to be structured first."
