I can't remember what our initial cost was but it was far less than any of the other options we looked at. The day to day cost is pretty minimal. The annual maintenance is very reasonable for the benefit we receive from Informer.

Obviously the cost of the product is considered in the startup cost. But other than the price of the software, the cost to install, setup, and maintain the software is minimal.

Our setup cost was the server, I don't know the exact cost, but we have scaled it up over the years.

Can not comment on this piece of the product. I work for the Community College Systems office and all parts of application purchase and installation performed by upper management.
