The implementation was completed in-house with the assistance of a subcontractor.

We implement the solution for customers. 

The deployment process varies depending on the situation. But with the iMaster, you can easily input the necessary configurations for many switches at once.

Moreover, it depends on the customer's requirements. Do they have an existing network, or do we need to build a new one? If it's a new network, it will be easier. We can make access aggregation in the form of specs and then make it work for the customer. We need to know the MAC address to make it work. For example, network management can be different for different customers, depending on their existing network. It's not difficult, but it can be challenging for wireless.

When it came to the initial setup I had my engineers do all the work. It took us a couple of months to decide on the configuration and to choose the switches.

This said, I would have to consult with our network engineers to properly address the initial installation. It is they who provided me with three detailed reports about the solution and its capacity. 

I do know that we conducted meetings with HP, Huawei and Alcatel. While I don't know what the future of switching holds for the latter I can say that Alcatel is alright. With this company we had some installation done of high end products for a hotel. 

We have a vendor, and the project team is responsible for the deployment.

We maintain the solution, but we still have a managed service from Vendor. If we have any troubleshooting or issues related to the vendor, they handle it.

We used an integrator to assist with the solution's implementation. 

Our team manages the product implementation for our customers.

We did not require outside help. For example, we did not require any external service at our site and even at our client site. Since we provide integrated services, it's so easy for us, even when we go to client sites.

From the experience that our clients have had, if we deliver Huawei products, they can set it up themselves without requiring an integrator.

I deployed Huawei Ethernet Switches in 20 minutes.

During the installation phase, my company dealt directly with Huawei. Huawei helps our company with the deployment process.

We handled the initial setup in-house. We didn't have any outside technicians or consultants.

The product’s implementation can be done in-house.

We did have a company come and help us implement the switches. They also helped us with our Cisco solutions.

I didn't directly handle the implementation myself. However, my team did.

We have contractors from Huawei come and handle the implementation for us since the solution is on-premises.

We were able to deploy Huawei Ethernet Switches in-house.  It is very easy to deploy the switches.

One or two of our engineers worked with Huawei on the purchase to ensure that it was in line with our own design and network topology. Huawei engineers assisted with the setup.

Because we had to open up sites over a six to eight week period, we outsourced a lot of the work to local contractors through the different areas and locations.
