iGrafx Process360 Live Platform Other Advice

SangameshwarKadole - PeerSpot reviewer
Senior Process Engineer at Wells Fargo International Solutions

I would tell those planning to use the solution that it is a good and excellent platform, though there is a need for extensive training before somebody wants to start using it. After sufficient training and relevant knowledge are acquired, iGrafx can seem like a very beneficial tool. An organization should evaluate and understand the solution thoroughly since the tool offers many features, functions, and benefits.

I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.

iGrafx is a good solution and I would recommend it. Businesses vary in their requirements, if people are looking to implement business process management and have a small budget they should consider this solution. It is a good starting point for their BPM journey.

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten, because the feature list could be better.

We are vendors.

We used to use more on-premies deployments. However, recently, we’ve moved to the cloud.

It is one of the top-tier solutions that are available. One of the reasons why we chose to partner with them is due to the fact that they do a very good job. t is meant for business users, and little technical knowledge is required in terms of implementing and using it. That's their biggest advantage.

If the goal of using iGrafx is to bring about process improvements, the goal should be very clear. A lot of times, I find that a client will start with a particular goal yet end up using it for something else. When that happens, they may not get the benefits.

I’d rate the solution nine out of ten.

If you need software to help you easily design processes, make simulations, build value stream mappings, which has some LEAN features, and DMAIC support, I strongly encourage you to go forward and buy iGrafx. If you have the money to do so, it is a really good investment for your company, when used correctly.

I would rate iGrafx at seven out of ten. I'm not giving it a higher score because it's not so easy, not that user-friendly. The interface needs to be more effective. I wouldn't give it less than seven because it's a really serious solution.

This is a tool that covers the low end (e.g. Visio) to high end (e.g. Aris), although it's much less user friendly. Furthermore, the tool can grow with your organisation maturity, meaning that you don’t need a big set up now where you basically can’t handle it.

It depends on the use of it, i.e., if it is for a consultant then there are no problems. However, if it is for an organization, then it will need the commitment from the management.

I've just used the solution for evaluation purposes. I haven't used it for a real project.

I'd recommend the solution to other users and organizations. From what I have seen, it's very useful.

I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. While I couldn't test the overall functionality, I would like to get support in the natural language of the user - in our case, Spanish. It would be nice if it's in the data formulated in Spanish, and the support was offered in Spanish as well. There also needs to be some sort of partnership with Mexican partners.

I would recommend this solution. The top two are ARIS and iGrafx. Each of them has some advantage over the other, but in general, they're the tip top.

This product fulfills ninety percent of our needs, and we're happy as users of it.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
