I rate the initial setup phase of the solution an eight and a half on a scale of one to ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy.

The solution's web version is used in my company since I can see direct web access and license from iGrafx's web page.

The initial setup is straightforward. 

The initial setup used to be pretty complex. That said, over the last year, they’ve made strides to simplify the process. It’s become more straightforward.

Still, it is not as straightforward as other cloud solutions. It might involve a little more integration for users and other things which are required for the active directory. It does take a couple of days to implement. However, that timeline is pretty standard.

The initial setup is just install and use. It is that easy. Of course, we have found some issues, but they were simple to solve.

The initial setup was of course more complex that it is today. That was primarily due to the fact that iGrafx did not, at the time when I was in the global consulting company , provide an IDEF0 module. However, they proposed to develop it for us, and I was then focal in specifying the IDEF0 module functionality.

the deployment was pretty quick and took about a week. However, this was a deployment for testing purposes only.
