I started studying Kentik as part of my job to prepare a proposal for the customer. So I was familiarizing myself with the product. It's been six years and the customer is still with the solution.

I started talking to Kentik in 2014. We got it all installed in 2017, so I've been using the product as an engineer for two to three years. At my previous company, we talked to them originally when they were CloudHelix, before they changed their name to Kentik.
