Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable features of this solution are its flexibility, scalability and most of all the stability."

"The Microsoft tech support are very good. They get back to you. I log a support call, and I usually have someone on the phone within a half an hour, so it is pretty good.""The most valuable features are the history tracking which allows us to see who participated and who didn't in the meetings as well as the integration with Outlook.""The security seems good.""We like the easy provisioning of Skype for Business Conferencing.""What is most valuable about Skype for Business is that almost everyone knows about it and almost everyone has it. You will be able to reach a large number of people.""The GUI is very user-friendly.""One of the best features of Skype for Business is that you can set it up on mobile phones, and you can set it up on laptops. You can connect to the tool from anywhere.""It saves trouble, and it saves us time."

Cons
"This solution needs to be made more cloud-centric."

More Avaya Aura [EOL] Cons →

"Skype for Business could improve by having a document channel or repository. Microsoft Teams has a better repository place for documents that you can share with your team. You can access it anywhere from any device.""Skype for Business could improve the interface. It could be easier to use. Additionally, it's hard to find the people or add people you want to communicate with.""If one of the users has a poor internet connection, this failure will compromise the meeting, causing delays and distortions in the communications.""Skype for Business is not stable.""The challenge we had with Skype for Business was with the signing in when a user signed out and when signing in back in again, there was a bit of a problem. We switched from Skype for Business to Teams, and Teams never had that sign-in problem once we did the switch.""This service could be improved by adding some missing features. It lacks integration with Teams, which is a feature I would like to see in the next release.""We need a feature where you can virtually raise your hand to silently let the presenter know that you have a question.""I venture to say that 30% of the people using this solution at our company have had issues with stability, due to the volatility and crashes."
